The Siu Lohan is an advanced qigong form that uses mantras and mudras in conjunction with flowing movements to stimulate, control, and balance the energy flow in the body. Various sequences affect certain acupuncture meridians. For example the sequence known as "Willow Branches Swaying In The Wind" regulates the breath and mind to benefit the stomach, spleen, lungs, and kidney thereby building up stamina and alleviating fatigue and digestive disorders. The movement called "Holding Sacred Scripture In Both Hands" activates the heart qi thereby aiding some heart problems such as palpitations, chest pain, and insomnia. The sequence known as  "Point The Way To Eternity" aids any lung dysfunction as well as lower back pain.
This is an advanced qigong form that is taught by only a few instructors in the United States.
