| Master Gaspar Garcia - began training in Choi Lai Fut Kung Fu under
Master Primicias in 1970. After several years training Master Garcia earned
the rank of Black Sash instructor before moving to Spain to continue his
medical education. Master Garcia has received more advanced training in Choi
Lai Fut from Master Chen Yong Fa, the great great grandson of the founder of this
system. Now a medical doctor, as well as a certified acupuncturist, he continues
to teach and spread Choi Lai Fut throughout Europe as president of the European

Sifu Mike Geldert - began his martial
art training in 1972 in Shorin Ryu Karate, received his black belt and continued
his karate training for 11 years until 1983 at which time he began his Choi
Lai Fut Kung Fu training under Master Frank Primicias. He started Kung Fu
because of its beauty in movement and mental concentration and shortly learned
that Choi Lai Fut also had superior applicability for combat as well.
Training with Master Primicias since 1983 Sifu Geldert has earned the 3rd Degree Black Sash and
continues to teach Choi Lai Fut through semi-private lessons that he teaches
in the San Diego area.
Sifu Marc Fierro - began his martial
art training in 1980 in the Shaolin 5 Animal Style. After several years he
switched to the Southern Dragon style of Kung Fu for a trial until 1985 when
he began Choi Lai Fut Kung Fu training with Master Primicias. Since that
time Sifu Fierro has earned the 3rd Degree Black Sash. Sifu Fierro
is also a certified acupuncturist and practices both eastern and western
medicine in Cameron Park, California, where he also teaches chi kung,

Sifu Frank Primicias Jr. - Master
Primicias' son began his martial art training in 1975 at the age of 5. After
assisting his father at the Choi Lai Fut School in the San Diego area as
a Black Sash instructor for several years, he has advanced his personal progress
by becoming a monk in the Self Realization Fellowship Order.`
Sifu Wes Primicias - Master Primicias'
son began his martial art training in 1979 at the age of 5. He now
assists
his father at the Choi Lai Fut School in the San Diego area as a 2nd Degree
Black Sash instructor in addition to his regular full-time work as a
management consultant.
Sifu Dean Primicias - Master Primicias'
son began his martial art training in 1979 at the age of 5. He now assists
his father at the Choi Lai Fut School in the San Diego area as a 2nd Degree
Black Sash instructor in addition to his regular full-time work as a
school psychologist.
Sifu Tomas Fuhr - began his Choi Lai
Fut Kung Fu training with Master Primicias in 1983. Sifu Fuhr, now a 3rd Degree Black Sash instructor, teaches in the San Diego
area at his own school.
Sifu
Fuhr stated "Choi Lai Fut has been a very useful tool in my life. It has
helped to develop many aspects of my life mentally, physically, and spiritually,
as well as given me the enjoyment of practicing an age old art form with
great in-depth fighting applications and rare forms."
Sifu Llew Quinol - began his martial
art training in 1982. He has attained the rank of Black Sash instructor and
teaches at his own school in Chula Vista which he started in 1995.
Sifu James Yamauchi
- began his martial
art training in 1977 in kenpo karate and earned a 1st Degree Black Belt in
1980. He later moved to Taiwan where he trained in Northern Praying Mantis
Kung Fu for 8 years. In 1993 he began training in Choi Lai Fut Kung Fu under
Master Primicias. Sifu Yamauchi, now a 2nd Degree Black Sash instructor, teaches in the San Diego
area at his own school as well as assist at Master Primicias' school. Sifu Yamauchi commented "I started Choi Lai Fut after seeing Sifu
Primicias' students fighting in the 1993 International Chinese Martial Arts
Championships in San Francisco.
Sifu Todd Connely - began
his martial art training in 1984 in kenpo karate. In 1987 he began
training in Choi Lai Fut Kung Fu under Master Primicias and later received
the rank of Black Sash Instructor. After 10 years of kung fu training
Sifu Connely began working with the U.S. Border Patrol where he now serves
as a martial arts instructor.
Sifu Gary Edmiston - began his martial
art training in 1984 in a Vietnamese style of Kung Fu called Vo Lam. After
3 years he began training in Wing Chun Kung Fu. In 1989 he began training
in Choi Lai Fut Kung Fu under Master Primicias. After relocating to Washington
state for a few years he has returned to San Diego where he assists at
Master Primicias' school as a Black Sash instructor.
Sifu Todd Cunningham - began his martial
art training at the White Dragon Choy Li Fut school where he trained for
two years. Then in 1993 he began training Choi Lai Fut Kung Fu under Master
Primicias and earned a 2nd Degree Black Sash. Sifu Cunningham stated "I have found that studying Choi Lai Fut has
improved my stamina and overall health. It is a vast system with something

Jason Mann - began his martial arts training in Kempo Karate in 1988
on the East Coast. During those years he also trained in Northern Mantis
Kung Fu as well as Fu Jow Pai under Master Tak Wah Eng. He started training
with Master Primicias in 1996 and earned a 2nd Degree Black Sash. He now
teaches kung fu in the greater New Haven, CT area and can be contacted
